Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using StoryNest™, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

• You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (or use a parent-linked Kids account).
• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account until you report it.

• Follow our Community Guidelines.
• Respect other users, creators and publishers.
• Only publish content you have the rights to publish.

You retain full ownership of stories, comments and content you publish. By publishing, you grant StoryNest™ a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, translate and promote your content solely for operating the Services and enabling readers to access it.

You can withdraw a work at any time; the licence terminates as soon as we complete removal.

StoryNest™, the wordmark, logo and platform designs are trademarks of the operator. Public-domain works we host remain public domain. See our Copyright Policy for details on rights and licensing.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing or content sexualising minors.
• No malware, scraping, or attempts to bypass moderation.
• No impersonation of other people, brands or publishers.
• No content that violates law in the jurisdiction where it's published.

Some features are offered as paid subscriptions. Plans, prices and entitlements are shown on the Plans page and may change with notice. Existing subscribers keep their existing price for a minimum period unless required by law.

• Payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
• Refunds are handled per local consumer law; typical policy is 14 days for unused digital subscriptions.
• Tips and gifts to creators are final once delivered.

You may close your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially violates these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement — except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryNest™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, India, unless local consumer-protection law grants you rights that override this clause.
